Allott’s Lawn Care – Terms and Conditions
1. General
By scheduling services with Allott’s Lawn Care (“the Company”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness between the Company and its Clients.
2. Scheduling and Service
All services will be scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time. The Company will make every reasonable effort to complete services as scheduled, weather and other conditions permitting.
3. Cancellation Policy
Any job cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any charges or penalties.
Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice may result in future service scheduling being subject to review.
4. Rescheduling
If the Client wishes to reschedule a service, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. The Company will make every effort to accommodate the new date and time requested, subject to availability.
5. Access to Property
Clients must ensure that the service area is accessible at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access without prior notice may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue balances.
7. Weather Conditions
In cases of severe or unsafe weather, the Company may postpone services. The Client will be notified promptly, and the service will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience without penalty.
8. Liability
Allott’s Lawn Care takes great care in providing quality service. However, the Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, poor soil conditions, pest infestations, or factors beyond its control.
9. Agreement
By booking or accepting services from Allott’s Lawn Care, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
